1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• No refundable security deposit is required.

2. Rental Duration

• The rental is valid for the selected date and hours.
• Additional hours cost 20 KD per hour, subject to availability and prior approval.

3. Delivery & Collection

• JNJFA handles delivery and collection.
• The photobooth arrives fully assembled and is self-service.
• Customers must provide a stable table and a safe location for the equipment.

4. Equipment Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for keeping the photobooth safe throughout the rental.
• The equipment must not be opened, dismantled, or moved without approval.
• Damage or loss caused by misuse or negligence may result in reasonable, documented repair or replacement charges. Normal wear and technical faults not caused by the customer are excluded.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where JNJFA cannot provide the agreed service.
• One rescheduling request is permitted at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

6. Technical Issues

• Any malfunction must be reported to JNJFA immediately.
• Customers must not attempt to repair the equipment themselves.
• If JNJFA cannot provide the agreed service due to an equipment fault, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

7. Photo Printing

• Photos are printed on black-and-white thermal receipt paper, not traditional photographic paper.
• Printed photos may fade over time.

By completing the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these rental terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

JNJFA — شروط وأحكام تأجير الفوتوبوث

١. الحجز والدفع

• يجب دفع قيمة التأجير كاملة لتأكيد الحجز.
• يتم احتساب رسوم التوصيل عند إتمام الطلب.
• لا يوجد مبلغ تأمين مسترد.

٢. مدة التأجير

• التأجير يكون حسب التاريخ والساعات المحددة بالحجز.
• كل ساعة إضافية بقيمة ٢٠ د.ك، حسب التوفر وبموافقة مسبقة.

٣. التوصيل والاستلام

• تتولى JNJFA توصيل الجهاز واستلامه.
• يتم توصيل الجهاز مركّب وجاهز للاستخدام الذاتي.
• يجب توفير طاولة ثابتة ومكان آمن للجهاز.

٤. مسؤولية الجهاز

• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية المحافظة على الجهاز طوال فترة التأجير.
• يمنع فتح الجهاز أو تفكيكه أو نقله دون موافقة.
• في حال تلف الجهاز أو فقدانه بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال، قد يتحمل العميل تكاليف الإصلاح أو الاستبدال الفعلية والمعقولة والمثبتة. ولا تشمل المسؤولية الاستهلاك الطبيعي أو الأعطال التي لم يتسبب بها العميل.

٥. الإلغاء وتغيير الموعد

• يمكن إلغاء الحجز واسترجاع المبلغ بالكامل قبل الموعد بـ ٤٨ ساعة على الأقل.
• الحجوزات الملغاة خلال أقل من ٤٨ ساعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع، إلا في الحالات التي يقررها القانون أو عند تعذر تقديم الخدمة من JNJFA.
• يمكن تغيير موعد الحجز مرة واحدة قبل الموعد بـ ٤٨ ساعة على الأقل، حسب التوفر.

٦. الأعطال الفنية

• يجب إبلاغ JNJFA فوراً في حال حدوث أي عطل.
• يمنع محاولة إصلاح الجهاز من قبل العميل.
• في حال تعذر تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها بسبب عطل بالجهاز، يتم توفير حل بديل أو استرجاع المبلغ المستحق بحسب الحالة.

٧. طباعة الصور

• تتم طباعة الصور بالأبيض والأسود على ورق فواتير حراري، وليس ورق الصور التقليدي.
• قد تبهت الصور المطبوعة مع مرور الوقت.

بإتمام الحجز، يقر العميل باطلاعه وموافقته على شروط وأحكام التأجير، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك المقررة قانوناً.
